BlackBirdBlue is a handcrafted design company featured on Etsy. The owner/designer, Lindsey Edwards, specializes in handmade headpieces, jewelry and other accessories.

It was important to Lindsey that her branding and elements involved in the branding be as handcrafted and personal as the products she created. Above you will see the logo, the business cards, and the note cards (used to write hand written notes to her customers) that I created for her.

While trying to find the perfect bird to use in her logo, I showed her some sketches that I worked on but none of them were working quite right. She showed me a doodle that she scribbled in the beginning stages of her logo concepting and I felt that it went along perfectly with the logo.

Last summer when we began the design process, he was so great at listening to what I wanted out of my logo, my likes & dislikes, and mixing our styles to create something perfect for my personality & business.

To this day it’s exactly what I wanted, and couldn’t imagine anything more perfect. So grateful and blessed to have such talented people in my life.
