Thank you for your interest in a custom photoshop action. Here you will find some examples of some actions that I have build along with some rules I go by and some cans and cannot of our actions.

First the Rules.

There are some rules that I follow when designing actions.

• keep it simple.
  this action will be played on all of your photos on your blog and so you want something simple thats not going to be overwhelming to see over and over again.

• color or no color.
  Every image in different. your logo color might not always work with the image so I usually stick with a white or black logo depending on the colors of your branding.

The Cans and Cannots of our Actions

Here are the Cans and Connots of the actions that I build. they are made to resize and customize to make blogging easier and to make your blog look better. they are not made to do any “edits” to your photos.

Cans
1. Saving for web
2. rounded corners (as big or as small as you need)
3. adds name
4. adds logo
5. adds web
6. putting 2 images side by side
7. chooses color for a logo or bottom bar.

Cannot
1. edit the image in any way other than sharpening.
2. Make a photo collage.

 

Examples

here are some actions that I have designed.

Van Steelandt Action

This action resizes, sharpens and places the logo on the image for you to place where you want it on the photo.

 

 

Stacy Landry Action

This action resizes, sharpens, rounds the corners, and places the logo in the bottom left hand corner with the name of the person that took the shot. great if you have several photographers in the company.

 

 

Millie Holloman Action

This action resizes, sharpens and places the logo in the bottom left hand corner with the name of the person that took the shot. adds the

 

 

 

Michelle Ocampo Action

This action resizes, sharpens and places the logo in the bottom left hand corner.

 

Luke & Cat Action

This action resizes, sharpens and places the logo in the bottom left hand corner with website. As you can see in this image, you can also place 2 images side by side. In the second photo you can see that there is an additional action that will add whatever you want, in this case they added an icon that shows there favorite image.

 

 

Gillette Portrait Arts Action

This action resizes, sharpens and places the logo in the bottom left hand corner.

 

Kelly Moore Action

This action resizes, sharpens and adds a colored bar below the image with your logo in it. this also has the ability to change the color of the bar to match the color in the image.

 

 

Trent Bailey Action

This action resizes, sharpens and places the logo in the bottom left hand corner. It also adds a pattern to the bottom that is used in their branding. This pattern can be turned on and off depending on wether they want it in the image or not.
